In addition, it provides other services, including automated teller machines, Internet banking, safe deposit boxes, merchant card services, cash management services, and direct deposit of payroll and federal recurring payments, as well as annuity, insurance, and brokerage services. Further, the company offers investment management, trust account administration, and estate planning services. It serves businesses and individuals through seven full-service banking facilities in Winchester, as well as Albemarle and Orange counties. The company was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia.
