VirnetX Holding Corp. announced that its GABRIEL Connection Technology(TM) OEM Software Development Kit (SDK) is now available for OEM customers who want to adopt the GABRIEL Connection Technology(TM) as their solution for establishing secure connections using secure domain names within their products. This OEM SDK can now be purchased under a Source Code and Technology license for an initial license fee and a royalty fee for each device shipped with GABRIEL Connection Technology(TM). VirnetX has developed the GABRIEL Connection Technology(TM) OEM SDK to assist OEMs with rapidly integrating these techniques into existing software implementations with minimal code changes. The GABRIEL Connection Technology(TM) OEM SDK includes object libraries, sample source code, testing and quality assurance tools and the supporting documentation necessary for a customer to implement VirnetX's technology.

VirnetX Holding Corp. announced that on April 5, 2013, it submitted updates to its licensing declaration to European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) and the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). VirnetX has identified an additional developing specification in the 3GPP LTE, SAE project to which VirnetX's patents and patent applications are or may become essential. The following additional specification is now included in the declaration: 3GPP TS 36.300, 'Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA) and Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN); Overall description; Stage 2' Release 10 or prior. VirnetX has now identified 18 specifications or developing specifications in the 3GPP LTE, SAE project to which its patents and patent applications are or may become essential. VirnetX is willing, upon request, to make available a non-exclusive license with respect to necessary claims that have issued in or may issue from VirnetX's identified patents and patent applications for these 18 specifications identified in its updated declaration, to the extent the specifications are adopted as a final standard, subject to the conditions set in the VirnetX's April 27, 2011 Statement of Patent Holder submitted to ETSI and ATIS.
