Vivenda Media Groep (ENXTAM:VIVE) has reportedly expressed interested in the acquisition of Dailymotion SA, according to the website Wansquare. Wansquare said that there is another bid which was submitted by Le Monde, controlled by Pierre Berge, Xavier Niel and Matthieu Pigasse.
Chief Executive of Lagardere SCA (ENXTPA:MMB), Arnaud Lagardere said that he is prepared to consider buying Vivenda Media Groep N.V. (ENXTAM:VIVE), 80% stake in Canal+ France SA, according to an interview published on the web site of French daily Le Monde. "I'm ready to look at buying the 80% they have and listing it on the stock exchange in favorable conditions," Arnaud Lagardere says in the interview. A spokeswoman for Vivendi declined to comment.
