Vanity Capital Inc. has entered into an amending agreement dated for reference October 16, 2012 and signed November 2, 2012 which amends certain terms of the Mineral Property Purchase Agreement dated May 8, 2011 between Vanity and Willwin International Inc. Under the Purchase Agreement, Willwin has agreed to sell 100% exclusive rights, to the exploration and recovery of all resources on the property known as the Ore Chimney Mine Property to Vanity. The Amending Agreement: extends the second cash payment date under the Purchase Agreement to eighteen months from the date the TSX Venture Exchange approved the Purchase Agreement; and changes the terms of the minimum cumulative property expenditures for exploration and development work on the property to two-hundred and fifty thousand within twelve months from the date the TSX Venture Exchange approved the Purchase Agreement and an additional $250,000 in exploration and development expenditures on the property on or before the second anniversary date the TSX Venture Exchange approved the Purchase Agreement. Vanity has expended over $258,000 on exploration and development work on the property to date, meeting the initial year one expenditure requirement of the Amending Agreement.
Vanity Capital Inc. has received the results from its drilling program that completed in late February 2012. Vanity's sample of all mineralized or altered zones have been analyzed for silver, gold and other elements that may have economic significance to the Ore Chimney main zone. A total of sixteen (16) holes for a total of 768.42 meters were drilled along the main structure northeast of the main Ore Chimney shaft. This property has five levels of underground development and saw periodic production in the 1940's and late 1980's. It is located in Barrie Township, northeast of the town of Northbrook, Ontario in Frontenac County. Eleven of the sixteen holes encountered significant gold and silver values although these were not in economic quantities. The highest gold values returned was a 0.3 meter interval of 0.456 g/tonne in gold and better than 300 g/tonne in silver. A number of other values are shown in the following table by hole number, interval, and values in gold and silver in grams/tonne. All samples were done at a certified lab, SGS Labs in Toronto, Canada. The best interval occurred in Hole OC 12-11 which returned a value of 42.26 g/tonne in silver and 0.07 g/tonne in gold over a continuous interval of 2.2 meters from 28.55-30.75 meters in the hole. This hole also produced a number of significant values in lead and zinc from the multi-element analyses. Further work may be necessary once the results are compiled and compared against the past mining and exploration field data. There are a number of quartz-carbonate shear zones and in filled tension fracture zones related to the geological contacts and metamorphic terrain in the immediate area around the shaft that were observed in surface exposures. It has yet to be determined if there is any spatial relationships to the ore mineralization observed in the underground workings, especially during the last dewatering of the 45.72 meters level which was mapped in detail and re-sampled.
Vanity Capital Inc. appointed Ms. Ke Feng (Andrea) Yuan as Chief Financial Officer effective September 4, 2012. Ms. Yuan is a former audit principal at Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants.
