The company’s CloudCall suite includes CloudCall Enterprise, an on-demand communications system replacing traditional PABXs and phone lines; CloudCall Click, a service providing click to call and call recording capabilities from within existing business software and CRM systems; and CloudCall API, a Web service that enables users to integrate communications within their software, as well as CloudCall Contact Centre solution, which provides inbound and outbound call functionality for CRM. It also offers professional and support services. Synety Group plc serves financial services, recruitment, telemarketing, and legal industries. The company was formerly known as Zenergy Power plc and changed its name to Synety Group plc in September 2012. Synety Group plc is based in London, the United Kingdom.

Synety Group plc reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2014. For the period, the company reported revenue of GBP 0.608 million against GBP 0.194 million a year ago. Operating loss was GBP 3.048 million against GBP 1.350 million a year ago. Loss before tax was GBP 3.043 million against GBP 1.346 million a year ago. Loss attributable to owners of the parent was GBP 3.011 million or GBP 0.41 per basic and diluted share against GBP 1.314 million or GBP 0.27 per basic and diluted share a year ago. Net cash absorbed by operating activities was GBP 1.861 million against GBP 1.104 million a year ago. Acquisition of property, plant and equipment was GBP 0.410 million against GBP 0.054 million a year ago.

Synety Group plc Announces Integration of CloudCall with Sure Communication Ltd.'s Surco CRM

Synety Group plc announced that it has secured a new integration partner, Sure Communication ( Ltd. The integration, which was carried out by Sure Communication themselves, offers SurCo CRM users additional value adding features including click-to-call, call recording and playback, a full reporting suite for better management visibility and much more. In addition, by taking advantage of Synety's wholesale call rates, SurCo CRM users will have the opportunity to benefit from lower call costs going forward. Similar to SYNETY's own CloudCall service, SurCo CRM is a cloud-based software sold on a per user, per month basis. This enables users to enjoy the combined benefits of both SYNETY and SurCo CRM without the need for additional infrastructure or capital expenditure.
