W2 Energy Inc. announced that it has appointed Dr. Wan Hasni as Chief Financial Officer. He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Iowa, an expert in the global financial markets, where he used to serve in various capacity as Chairman, Directors, or CEO of several financial institutions in Asia. He also has tremendous experience in the Middle East markets, as well as Asian markets. As well as W2 Energy he currently serves as Advisor capacity to investment groups from the Middle East and Asia. Mr. Hasni will add strength to the company as CFO, whereby he is entrusted to engage the company into acquisitions of companies in the "clean fuel" business in Asia; and into "Power Generation" business. He will also lead the company in financial audits as well as corporate finance.

W2 Energy Inc. announced the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement between W2 Energy, its European JV partner W2H Luxembourg Holdings SA and Ecobound SDN BHD. The Joint Venture calls for the finance, development and implementation of W2H and W2 Energy technologies and products. An initial order for $500,000 has been placed and invoiced through a signed Purchase Agreement. The initial order includes seven 600 HP prototype steam ray rotary combustion engines and a CWS demo unit comprising of a 1,500 kg/hour Grinder Module, NT Plasmatron Module, Syngas Processing Module and a 300 kw Generation Module. The demo unit will be utilized for presentations and feedstock testing.

W2 Energy Inc. announced that it is has completed the fabrication and installation of its recently acquired Bio-diesel plant. The company is now in the process of sending out sample runs to an independent laboratory in order to obtain its government ASTM spec certification. In the interim, the Company will be running a series of sample runs in order to prepare for full production. W2 Energy expects to post a blog and new pictures of their new bio-diesel plant on its corporate website by August 08, 2012.
