Results of the Silver Bell occurrence as follows: 14 metric tons producing 43,171 grams or 1,388 oz of silver (Ag at $31.71 per oz), 311 grams or 10 oz of gold (Au at $1,630 per oz), 700 kg of lead (Pb at $1.99 per kg) and 252 kg of zinc (Zn at $1.98 per kg). Following these promising results and continuation of favorable market conditions, the company is strongly positioned to become a solid junior exploration and acquisition participant in this historically prolific region.

The BNA occurrence (Lot 5994) is located east of Kyawats Creek, 750 meters south of it confluence with Keen Creek. Kaslo, British Columbia is about 20 kilometers to the northeast. Results of the BNA occurrence is as follows; 16 metric tons of ore producing 39,940 grams of silver, 31 grams of gold and 473 kg of lead. Following these promising results and continuation of favorable market conditions as silver prices are up over 20% year-to-date, the company believes that the BNA project should have a major positive impact on the net asset value and improvement on the future free cash flow of the company.

XNE, Inc. presented historical overview of past producers in the Slocan Mining District of British Columbia, Canada. The Slocan Mining District has produced more than 24 million ounces of silver since the first discoveries in the late 1820s when the area transformed into the major silver-mining center of Western Canada. The Silvana mine is one of the more recent producers of the area. Total reserves at the Silvana and Hinckley were calculated at 54,400 tons grading 290 grams per ton silver, 3.4% lead and 4.7% zinc. The Ruth-Hope deposit was one of the earliest producers in the camp. The Ruth-Hope deposit is part of a continuous vein system that has been mined for about a 1.5-kilometre strike length and includes the Silversmith, Slocan King and Richmond-Eureka deposits. The Slocan camp area has excellent potential of hosting new polymetallic silver-lead-zinc deposits, but these will likely be of similar size to the past producing mines. The potential of locating tin-tungsten skarn deposits associated with the contact aureole of the Nelson intrusions does not appear to have been explored in detail.
