CNP Assurances Société anonyme announced that in its annual general meeting held on April 25, 2013, the shareholders appointed Ann-Sophie Grave and Jean-Yves Forel as directors, to replace Antoine Gosset-Grainville and Olivier Klein following their resignation and Frédéric Lavenir was elected as a director for a term corresponding to the period of his appointment as Chief Executive Officer. The shareholders also approved to pay a dividend of EUR 0.77 per share, unchanged from last year.
