For the period, the company’s total revenues were $188,625,000, against $167,604,000 for the same period in the last year. Income from operations was $10,832,000 against $11,763, 000 for the same period in the last year. Income before income taxes was $11,203,000 against $12,141,000 for the same period in the last year. Net income was $8,273,000 or $0.29 per basic and diluted share against $8,615,000 or $0.30 per diluted share for the same period in the last year. Gross capital expenditures was approximately $22 million. The company currently plans to open as many as four new restaurants during the second quarter, including one restaurant which has already opened in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on April 22, 2013, as well as a planned relocation of an existing small-format restaurant in Eugene, Oregon. The company anticipates opening as many as 12 new restaurants during the last two quarters of fiscal 2013, thereby achieving its stated goal to open as many as 17 new restaurants this year.
