Zelan Berhad announced the resignation of Datuk Hj. Hasni bin Harun as Non Independent & Non Executive director, with effect from June 17, 2013. Datuk Hj. Hasni bin Harun held several senior positions in the Accountant General’s Office from 1980 to 1994. He was the Senior General Manager of the Investment Department at the Employees Provident Fund from March 1994 to March 2001, and the Managing Director of RHB Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. from April 2001 until April 2006. He then joined DRB-Hicom Berhad as Group Chief Financial Officer until December 2006. In January 2007, he joined MMC Corporation Berhad as the Group Chief Operating Officer until February 2008. In March 2008, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, Malaysia prior to his appointment as the Group Managing Director in May 2010.
