zulily, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 29, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of $285.013 million against $145.009 million a year ago. Income from operations was $7.675 million against $4.003 million a year ago. Net income before provision for income taxes was $7.756 million against $4.001 million a year ago. Net income attributable to class A and class B common stockholders was $7.756 million or $0.06 per basic and diluted share. Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA increased to $14.4 million, up 106% year over year. Non-GAAP diluted net income per share was $0.09 compared to non-GAAP diluted net income per share of $0.05 for the second quarter of 2013. Net cash provided by operating activities was $21.865 million against $0.494 million a year ago. Capital expenditures were $21.776 million against $5.338 million a year ago.
