Security Device Controller may be sold with NetMRI or as a standalone product. Customer Support and Services Maintenance and Support: The company’s support organization provides tiered support to its channel partners and end customers 24 hours a day, by email, telephone and the Internet. The company provides support through its technical support engineers and through its network of authorized and certified channel partners. The company maintains technical support assistance centers in the United States, Belgium, India and Japan.
