Acquisitions In August 2013, the company completed the acquisition of Kelsen Group A/S (Kelsen), a producer of quality baked snacks that are sold in 85 countries around the world. Its primary brands include Kjeldsens and Royal Dansk. Kelsen has distribution networks in markets in Asia, the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa; and it serves the assortment segment of the sweet biscuits category in China and Hong Kong.
