The building, which also features approximately 23,000 square feet of retail space was built and is located in downtown Yellowknife. The building is located in close proximity to its other three properties in Yellowknife. Precambrian Building, Yellowknife: The Trust owns 100% of this 11-storey, 87,000 square foot office tower located in downtown Yellowknife. Northwest Tower, Yellowknife: The Trust owns 100% of this 11-storey office building. This 85,000 square foot property is located in close proximity to the trust’s other properties in Yellowknife and features approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Bellanca Building, Yellowknife: The Trust owns 100% of this 10-storey, 52,000 square foot office tower located in downtown Yellowknife in close proximity to its other properties in this market.
