Stockman’s Casino is located on the west side of Fallon on Highway 50, approximately 60 miles east of Reno, Nevada, and is the major casino in the Churchill County area. FireKeepers Casino The company owns 50% of Gaming Entertainment Michigan, LLC (GEM), a joint venture with RAM Entertainment, LLC, a privately-held investment company. FireKeepers has a 106,900 square foot gaming floor with 2,801 Class III slot machines, 70 table games, a 120-seat poker room, and a bingo hall. In addition, the property features 5 restaurants, including a 70-seat fine dining signature restaurant, a 300-seat buffet, a 150-seat 24-hour cafe, and a 110-seat quick service restaurant and a grab-and-go outlet, as well as 3 bar areas. Rising Star Casino Resort In 2011, the company purchased the Rising Star Casino Resort. This property includes approximately 1,300 slot and video poker machines, 37 table games, a 201-room hotel, 5 dining outlets, and an 18-hole Scottish links golf course. Buffalo Thunder Casino and Resort The Buffalo Thunder Casino and Resort is located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. It features approximately 1,200 slot machines, 18 table games, and a poker room and the property covers approximately 61,000 square feet. Grand Lodge Casino In 2011, the company acquired the operating assets and certain liabilities related to the Grand Lodge Casino. It features approximately 258 slot machines, 21 table games, and 4 poker tables. It is integrated into Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa, and Casino in Incline Village, Nevada on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. Government Regulation The company is subject to the Nevada Gaming Control Act, and to the licensing and regulatory control of the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, the Nevada Gaming Commission, and various local, city, and county regulatory agencies to acquire and own Stockman’s Casino, the Grand Lodge Casino, or any other gaming operation in Nevada.
