It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund primarily invests in the stocks of large-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE China 50 Index, by using representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as iShares Trust - iShares FTSE China 25 Index Fund. iShares Trust - iShares China Large-Cap ETF was formed on October 5, 2004 and is domiciled in the United States.
