These branches are full service branches where retail and commercial customers are served together. Corporate and Commercial Banking Products and Services Loans: Finansbank offers loan facilities primarily in Turkish Lira, U.S. Dollar and Euro. Finansbank also extends medium term loans with maturities between 365 and 730 days primarily to finance working capital requirements. Finansbank also offers ‘Commercial Credits in the Form of Installments’. These commercial credits are in essence Turkish Lira or foreign currency indexed installment loans. Finansbank provides foreign currency principally for financing exports from Turkey. Cash Management and Trade Finance: Finansbank is the first Turkish bank to launch a subsidiary. eFinans is planning to add e-Archive, e-Waybill and similar services in its portfolio. Finansbank Subsidiaries The primary subsidiaries of Finansbank include the following: Finans Invest: As an intermediary institution, Finans Invest provides a range of financial services to both individual and institutional investors, including investment counseling and brokerage services, portfolio management, intermediation of derivatives, leveraged transactions (such as foreign exchange and contracts for difference), short selling and credit sale of capital markets instruments, fund investment services and corporate finance and international investment services. Finans Leasing: Finans Leasing has a lease portfolio that is diversified across various industries, such as building and construction; textile; manufacturing; health and social activities; chemical; printing; mining and quarrying; and wood and wood products. Finans Portfolio Management: Finans Portfolio Management manages 8 exchange traded funds, 13 mutual funds, 9 pension funds, 1 fund of funds, 1 hedge fund, and 1 investment trust portfolio. Finans Portfolio Management also manages discretionary portfolios for high net worth individuals and select institutional clients. Finans Investment Trust: Finans Investment Trust is a closed-end investment company, managing portfolios consisted of capital and money market instruments. IBTech: IBTech’s focus is to design and improve software, such as Core Banking (Core Finans), credit cards, and Internet banking, as well as to develop applications for the use of Finansbank. EFinans: EFinans was established in 2013 to provide e-invoicing services and is 51.00% owned by the Finansbank. NBG Malta: NBG Malta received the Investment Services License from the Maltese Financial Services Authority that has enabled NBG Malta to provide a range of financial products and services to meet the changing needs of corporate customers and private individuals. In 2013, the company acquired a portfolio of loans to Romanian companies and also granted loans to intragroup leasing companies in Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria.
