Projects Blue Creek The Blue Creek project is located in Moore County, Texas. This project would be developed in phases with total capacity at build out of approximately 40 MW of electrical production. Each phase at Blue Creek is expected to be approximately 10 MW and comprises clusters of 5-7 wind turbines. The company has a wind project agreement covering 2,082 acres of land located in Moore County, Texas, which pertains to the development of its Blue Creek wind energy project. Channing Flats The Channing Flats project is located in Moore County, Texas. The company has entered into a Wind Project Agreement covering 2,082 acres of land located in Moore County, Texas, which pertains to the development of its Blue Creek wind energy project. It can lease an additional 1,413 acres of land located in Moore County, Texas, which pertains to the development of its Channing Flat wind energy project. The company has a wind project agreement covering 640 acres of land located in Navajo County, Arizona, which pertains to the development of its Snowflake wind energy project. Acquisitions In 2011, the company acquired Crownbutte Wind Power, Inc., which engages in the wind energy business whose business offices were located in Mandan, North Dakota. Crownbutte Wind Power, Inc. would focus on development of the company’s 200 MW Gascoyne II wind power generation project. The Gascoyne II project is located on 1733 acres between the towns of Bowman and Hettinger, North Dakota. History The company was founded in 2006. It was formerly known as Zephyr Energy Corporation and changed its name to Nacel Energy Corporation in 2007.
