(ID&T) ID&T is a content provider and producer of international EMC live events. It held 43 festivals and events in 2013 that attracted approximately 962,000 total fans, including 622,000 fans to its live events in Europe and 87,000 fans in Latin America, and approximately 252,000 fans to its live events in Asia, Australia, Africa, and North America. Tomorrowland and TomorrowWorld LLC: Tomorrowland is an annual fantasy-themed outdoor festival held by ID&T in Belgium. The festival attracted approximately 180,000 attendees in 2013, and has approximately 200.0 million online views of its official long-form after movies, approximately 5.2 million Facebook likes and 16.5 million live views over YouTube of its 2013 festival. TomorrowWorld LLC is the North American name for Tomorrowland. The company produced, through its North America joint venture with ID&T (ID&T JV), the inaugural TomorrowWorld LLC event in Chattahoochee, Georgia (outside Atlanta) from September 27 through September 29, 2013. The company had approximately 120,000 attendees at the 2013 TomorrowWorld. Another TomorrowWorld LLC festival is scheduled in North America in 2014. The company owns a 66.7% interest in TomorrowWorld LLC and holds its interest in Tomorrowland through its 50% ownership in a joint venture with its Belgian partners. Sensation: Sensation is a premier touring EMC event typically held in indoor arenas. Staged with world class acrobats and pyrotechnics, Sensation has a signature visual style where all fans and artists dress in white. The original Sensation event was held exclusively in the Amsterdam Arena for a period of five years until 2005. Sensation has toured in 30 countries since inception across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, and attracted approximately 215,000 attendees during 2013. The company held its first Sensation North America festival in Toronto in 2013, which attracted 24,000 attendees, as well as four other events in North America. Mysteryland: Mysteryland is a large-scale fantasy-themed outdoor festival held annually in the Netherlands and Chile. Mysteryland Netherlands 2013 attracted approximately 60,000 fans to a 1 day event, and Mysteryland Chile 2013 attracted approximately 45,000 fans approximately a 2 day event. Q-Dance: Q-Dance caters to fans of hard style electronic music. Q-Dance has a online offering of news, streaming audio, video and event promotions. Q-Dance's primary music festival is Defqon.1, which attracted approximately 68,000 attendees in the Netherlands and 17,000 in Australia in 2013. In total, Q-Dance held 15 events in 2013 that attracted approximately 222,000 fans. B2S Holding B.V. (B2S) B2S specializes in hard electronic dance music. B2S is an EMC event organizer, and its festival and live event brands include Decibel, a two-day outdoor, hard style festival held annually in the Netherlands in August, Hard Bass, Thrillogy, Knock Out, and Loudness. B2S had approximately 178,000 attendees across 25 festivals and events in 2013. Life in Color (LIC) LIC produces medium to large-size, single-day events around a network of college campuses and major cities. These events feature live DJs, acrobatics and paint blasts, during, which participants are sprayed with colorful, harmless paint to provide them with a more interactive, exciting and distinctive experience.
