Composites: Through its Rightpak plant, the Packaging Group manufactures flexible packaging for the food, beverage, personal care, chemical and healthcare industries. Strategic Partnerships The company has strategic partnerships with international companies, such as Nihon Yamamura Glass Company, Ltd.; Hormel Foods International Corporation of the United States; and Kirin Holdings Company Limited. San Miguel and Kuok Group signed an agreement to invest up to $1,000 per hectare of farmland to plant rice, corn, sugar, coconut and oil palm. The firms would plant corn, cassava, palay, and saba banana, which are used as raw materials for its products.
