Phil Weber basketball game product The company entered into a three year agreement with Phil Weber, Inc. to perform services for the company in connection with the promotion, marketing, and advertising of a mobile interactive electronic basketball game product. Joe Johnson mobile basketball product: The company entered into a three year agreement with Joe Johnson, c/o SFX Basketball Group, LLC to perform services for the company in connection with the promotion, marketing, and advertising of a mobile interactive electronic basketball game product.
