The company, supporting approximately 8 million plan participants and their family members, provides pension and retirement plan administration, pension de-risking, pension payroll administration, treasury and accounting administration, flexible benefits plan administration, trustee services, data clean-up, and benefits call centers; and health and welfare administration, private health insurance exchange, dependent eligibility verification, COBRA administration, and benefit billing. The company provides flexible benefits administration delivery model options, ranging from co-sourcing to full outsourcing for pension and health and welfare benefits. In the U.S., the company is a benefits outsourcing provider and provides defined benefit and health and welfare administration.
