AMC Charter This segment provides cargo and full planeload passenger aircraft charter services for the U.S. Military Air Mobility Command (AMC). The company participates in the U.S. Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) Program under contracts with the AMC, which cover a one-year period. Commercial Charter This segment provides full planeload cargo and passenger aircraft charter services to customers for one or more flights based on a specific origin and destination. In addition, Atlas provides limited airport-to-airport cargo services to select markets, including several cities in South America. Global Supply Systems Limited (GSS) The company also maintains a 49% interest in GSS. GSS, in turn, provides ACMI services for these aircraft to British Airways Plc. DHL Network Operations (USA), Inc. (DHL Investment) and Polar Air Cargo Worldwide, Inc. (Polar) DHL holds a 49% equity interest and a 25% voting interest in Polar. The company owns the remaining 51% equity interest and 75% voting interest. Polar provides full flying for DHL’s trans-Pacific express network, and DHL provides financial support and also assumes the risks and rewards of the operations of Polar.
