There are four properties under active development at this time: Eagle Mountain subdivision, Abbotsford (260 single-family lots); Northgate Village, Burnaby (503 units and 122,000 square feet of retail space); Capitol Residences, Vancouver (372 units); and Wall Centre Richmond, Richmond (231 residential units and a 185 room hotel tower). Hotels The company owns and manages two hotel properties in Metro Vancouver. The Vancouver Airport Comfort Inn is located near the Vancouver Airport and consists of 129 guestrooms and a beer and wine store for off sales. The Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel is a single hotel property in British Columbia with 736 guestrooms and 45,000 square feet of meeting space. Other: In 2007, the company purchased a Starbucks franchise located at 610 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC. The company owns a subsidiary which operates a golf driving range on 10 acres of leased land in Burnaby. Projects under Active Development Northgate Village: A 503-unit, two tower, high-rise development with 122,000 square feet of retail space located in north east Burnaby. The company is 50% joint venture partners with Ledingham McAllister, who are the project managers. Capitol Residences: This 372-unit, residential high-rise in downtown Vancouver adjacent to the Orpheum Theatre is being developed together with a 30% joint venture partner. Eagle Mountain: An 80-acre, single-family subdivision property in Abbotsford with approvals in place for 260 building lots. The property is being developed with a 15% joint venture partner. Wall Centre Richmond: A three tower development consisting of two residential towers (231 units) and a 185 room hotel tower flagged as a Westin. 228 of the residential units have been presold. History Wall Financial Corporation was founded in 1969.
