The Board of Directors of Japan Tobacco Inc. (TSE:2914) authorized a share repurchase program on February 25, 2013. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 118,000,000 shares, representing 6.2% of its issued share capital, for a total cost of up to ¥250 million.
