The round will see participation from new investor NTT DOCOMO, Inc. and returning investor Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. NTT DOCOMO, INC. and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation will subscribe to 25,773,100 shares and 20,356,500 shares and will thereby hold 6.92% and 7.49% ... stakes in the company respectively. The company will bear expenses related to the commercial registration, expenses related to retaining attorneys and financial advisers, listing fees and other expenses, totaling ¥308,000,000. Estimated net proceeds will thereby be ¥8,641,142,400. The transaction is expected to close on June 28, 2013. Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd. will act as the placement agent to the company.

Mitsubishi Corporation (TSE:8058) and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TSE:6503) agreed to acquire remaining stake in Melco Elevator Vietnam Company Limited from Toan Tam Engineering Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Electric Building Techno-Service Co.,Ltd. on January 3, 2013. The deal is subject to approval of European Commission. As on January 30, 2013, the transaction was approved by the European Commission.
