Debtor will use the sale proceeds to pay ad valorem taxes assessed against the property, pay all usual, customary and reasonable costs associated with the sale, pay to Synovus the release amount for its lien on the property. Buyer has paid earnest deposit of $1,000. Buyer can do the due diligence investigation of the property by March 27, 2013. Transaction is expected to close by March 31, 2013.
