The shareholders of Biome Technologies plc (AIM:BIOM) authorized a share repurchase program at its Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2013. Under the plan, the company intends to repurchase up to 588,486,633 shares, representing 10% of the company’s issued share capital. The minimum price which may be paid for such an ordinary share shall be 0.1 pence per share (exclusive of expenses).
