The Board of Directors of Cash America International, Inc. (NYSE:CSH) authorized a share repurchase program on January 23, 2013. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,500,000 shares, representing 8.62% of its common stock issued and outstanding. Repurchases under the share repurchase program will be made through open market purchases or private transactions, in accordance with applicable federal securities laws, including Rule 10b-18 under the Securities ...
