Antin Infrastructure Partners S.A.S. entered into a binding agreement to acquire RoadChef Limited from Delek Group Ltd. (TASE:DLEKG) for approximately £150 million on September 11, 2014. The consideration will be paid in full at closing. The agreement contains no conditions precedent and closing is expected to take place at the end of September 2014.
Delek Group Ltd. (TASE:DLEKG) acquired an additional 0.39% stake in Delek Energy Systems Ltd. (TASE:DLEN) for ILS 48.1 million on August 26, 2014. (TASE:DLEKG) for approximately NIS 100 million on June 23, 2014. The sale has no material effect on Tshuva's 62% holding in Delek Group. IBI Investment House Ltd. (TASE:IBI) acted as a broker in the deal.
