Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB) and EDF EN Canada Inc. signed a purchase agreement to acquire 300 Megawatt Blackspring Ridge Wind Project from Greengate Power Corporation on April 8, 2013. EDF EN Canada and Enbridge will each own 50% of the project. Greengate will provide development services to Enbridge and EDF EN Canada during the construction of Blackspring Ridge. CIBC World Markets Inc. acted as financial advisor for Greengate.

Temporal Power Ltd. announced that it has received CAD 10 million in its series B equity round of funding from a new investor Enbridge Emerging Technology Inc., a division of Enbridge Inc and returning investor Northwater Intellectual Property Fund LP1, a fund managed by Northwater Capital Management Inc on February 20, 2013.
