Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE:HAR) acquired iOnRoad Ltd. from Picitup Ltd., QUALCOMM Ventures and others on April 10, 2013. iOnRoad’s app will continue to be sold as an Android app on Google Play and as an iOS app through Apple iTunes.

Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE:HAR) agreed to acquire Martin Professional A/S from Aktieselskabet Schouw & Co. (CPSE:SCHO) for DKK 820 million on a debt-free basis on December 19, 2012. Under the terms of deal, Martin's premises in Frederikshavn, Denmark is excluded from the sale which Martin will lease from Schouw & Co. going forward, are recognized at DKK 97 million. Schouw & Co. expects to recognize an accounting gain of approximately DKK 250 million on the transaction.
