Adani Enterprises Limited (BSE:512599) signed an agreement to acquire The Dhamra Port Company Limited from L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited and Tata Steel Limited (BSE:500470) for an enterprise value of INR 55 billion on January 16, 2013.
