Intel Corporation (NasdaqGS:INTC) agreed to acquire Aepona Ltd. from various sellers on April 24, 2013. The sellers include Amadeus Capital Partners Limited, Innovacom, JLA Ventures, Polaris Partners, Relay Ventures, SAP Ventures, Invest Northern Ireland and others. Under the terms of the agreement, more than 300 employees in Belfast, Dublin, Sri Lanka and the United States will join Intel. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. acted as financial advisor to Aepona.
