The Board of Directors of Keynote Systems, Inc. (NasdaqGS:KEYN) authorized a share repurchase program on April 30, 2013. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to $10 million of its outstanding shares. The repurchase program will be funded from the company’s working capital.
