An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 9.23% stake in Lakeland Resources Inc. (TSXV:LK) from Pasinex Resources Limited (DB:PNX) for CAD 0.1 million on March 1, 2013.

Lakeland Resources Inc. (TSXV:LK) entered into a letter agreement to acquire a non controlling stake in eight uranium projects located within the Athabasca basin from 877384 Alberta Ltd. in cash and stock on February 26, 2013. The purchase price remains is not yet finalized, but it is expected that Lakeland Resources will pay in the range of 7.5 million shares and some cash, plus a royalty to 877384 Alberta. As part of the transaction, Lakeland's Board intends to appoint ... Steven Khan as a Director, and David Hodge as a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd. will be hired to perform exploration work on behalf of Lakeland Resources. The transaction is subject to TSX venture exchange approval and several other conditions to closing. As of May 2, 2013, the date by which the definitive agreement is to be negotiated and closed has been extended from April 30, 2013 to on or before June 15, 2013.
