Beltane Asset Management acquired building at Asia House, Lime Street EC3 from Land Securities Group plc (LSE:LAND) for £3.9 million on April 4, 2013. In related deal, Beltane acquired 108 Cannon Street for £16.4 million. The office buildings were acquired for refurbishment. Knight Frank acted as real estate advisors to Beltane Asset Management.

InfraRed Capital Partners acquired Clayton Square Shopping Centre from Land Securities Group plc (LSE:LAND) for £14 million on April 2, 2013. Land Securities Group plc (LSE:LAND) signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 50% stake in X-LEISURE LTD from AREA Property Partnership (UK) LLP on December 4, 2012. Under the terms of the share purchase agreement, Land Securities will acquire a further 42% interest in the X-Leisure Unit Trust, 100% interests in X-Leisure Limited and acquire 100% stake in X-Leisure (General Partner) Limited for an estimated total cash consideration of £110.6 million.
