A consortium comprising Paul Naude, President of Billabong International Limited and Sycamore Partners Management made a confidential, indicative, non-binding and conditional proposal to acquire remaining 99.8% stake in Billabong International Limited (ASX:BBG) from Ioof Investment Holdings Ltd, Perennial Value Management Pty Ltd and others for approximately AUD 450 million in cash on December 14, 2012.
