(TSE:9437) made an offer to acquire 75.14% stake in Magaseek Corporation (TSE:3060) from ITOCHU Corporation (TSE:8001) and other shareholders for ¥2.2 billion in cash on January 30, 2013. NTT Docomo will pay ¥0.14 million for each share of Magaseek. The tender offer will commence from January 31 to March 14, 2013. The start date of settlement is March 21, 2013.
