Lindsay Goldberg signed a letter of intent to acquire 49% stake in Odfjell Terminals B.V. from Odfjell SE (OB:ODF) on December 19, 2012. The consideration comprises $226 million in cash and 49% stake in the existing joint venture, OTLG C.V. The transaction is subject to customary closing balance sheet adjustments, confirmatory due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive documentation and customary closing conditions.
