Metatomix, Inc. entered into an assets purchase agreement to acquire ObjectStore product line from Progress Software Corp. (NasdaqGS:PRGS) on November 30, 2012. As per the deal, the aggregate purchase price paid for the Actional, DataXtend, Savvion, Sonic and ObjectStore product lines was $60.5 million. Trilogy Enterprises, parent company of Metatomix has also purchased the other assets of Progress Software Corp.
