An unknown buyer acquired 2.8% stake in Sacyr Vallehermoso, S.A. (CATS:SYV) from Torreal, SCR, S.A. for €20.3 million on March 5, 2013. In related transaction, Torreal sold 6.8% stake in Sacyr in through stock exchange. Post acquisition, Torreal will not own any stake in Sacyr and Juan Abello will be removed as Vice Chairman of Sacyr also he will also withdraw from the board of Repsol. Goldman Sachs acted as broker in the deal.

Global Via Infraestructuras, S.A. acquired remaining 35% stake in Autopistas del Sol Motorways (Costa Rica) from Sacyr Vallehermoso, S.A. (CATS:SYV) for approximately €100 million on February 27, 2013. The consideration corresponds to the debt associated with the stake and the acquisition price. Autopistas del Sol reprted turnover of €12.69 million in 2012. Pérez-Llorca Abogados, S.L.P. y CÍA, S.Com.P. acted as legal advisor to Sacyr Vallehermoso, S.A.
