Merger/Acquisition

Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE:TSN) acquired the assets of Artinian, Inc. on January 18, 2014. Craig Mulhinch, Vice President of Artinian's sales and marketing, and Paul Morgan, Vice President of Artinian's operations, will continue to manage the day-to-day operations. Mark Artinian will remain with Artinian, Inc. in an advisory role. Artinian, Inc will become part of Tyson Foods' Prepared Foods division, but continue to operate under the Bosco's Pizza Co. name.
