An unknown buyer acquired 5.36% of GornozavodskCement Open Joint-Stock Company (RTS:GZCE) from UBS AG (SWX:UBSN) on March 12, 2013. Post this acquisition, UBS holds 0.72% of GornozavodskCement.

Salini Costruttori S.p.A. made an offer to acquire remaining 70.16% stake in Impregilo SpA (BIT:IPG) from Amber Capital LP, UBS AG (SWX:UBSN), IGLI SpA and others for approximately €1.1 billion in cash on February 6, 2013. Under the terms of the offer, Salini Costruttori would pay €4 per share for all the outstanding shares of Impregilo. If the offer is successful, Salini would not delist Impregilo. The offer is expected to commence in March 2013. The takeover offer ... is subject to reaching a majority stake in Impregilo. The offer will run from March 15, 2013, to April 15, 2013. As on February 25, 2013 Italy's Antitrust Authority approved the takeover offer. As of March 13, 2013, the deal was approved by market regulator Consob. As of April 12, 2013, Salini, won acceptances for 80.8% of the shareholder of Impregilo. As of April 24, 2013, Salini raised its stake in Impregilo to 92%. Natixis (ENXTPA: KN), Rothschild Italia SpA and Banca IMI S.p.A. acted as financial advisors to Salini Costruttori. Nomura International plc acted as financial advisor to IGLI SpA in the transaction. Lazard & Co. S.r.l. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. acted as financial advisors for Impregilo. JPMorgan Chase & Co also provided fairness opinion to Impregilo. Lazard & Co. S.r.l. Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia e Associati acted as legal advisor for Impregilo.
