Randstad Holding NV (ENXTAM:RAND) signed an agreement to acquire operations in Spain, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Austria from USG People NV (ENXTAM:USG) for €20 million on April 4, 2013. Randstad will finance the transaction by using its existing credit facilities. The acquired businesses of USG People generated revenue of approximately €430 million in the year 2012. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals ... such as approvals from the European Commission. The transaction has been approved by the boards of both, Randstad and USG. Randstad expects to close the transaction in June 2013. Rabo Capital agreed to acquire Usg Energy B.V from USG People NV (ENXTAM:USG) for €80 million on February 28, 2013. Proceeds from the sale will support the further growth of USG Professionals.
