The shareholders of Vaisala Oyj (HLSE:VAIAS) authorized a share repurchase program at its Annual General Meeting on March 26, 2013. Under the program, the company will repurchase a maximum of 150,000 A-shares, representing 0.82% of its issued share capital, in one or more installments. The shares shall be acquired in a proportion other than that of the shareholders' current shareholdings in the company in public trading arranged by NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd at the market ... price on the moment of the acquisition. The shares will be repurchased with funds belonging to the company's unrestricted equity. The shares shall be acquired and paid according to the rules of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and Euroclear Finland Ltd. The Board is authorized to decide on the acquisition of own shares in all other respects. The authorization will be valid until the next Annual General Meeting, however, no longer than September 26, 2014.
