The shareholders of Vicat SA (ENXTPA:VCT) authorized a share repurchase program at its Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2013. Under the plan, the company will repurchase up to 3,552,939 shares for up to €355.29 million, given the shares already owned by the company as on January 1, 2013.
