Domtar Corporation (NYSE:UFS) entered into an agreement to acquire paper and print media products business in the United States and Canada from Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) on March 22, 2013. Under the terms of the deal, paper and print media products business in the United States and Canada will become part of Domtar's pulp and paper segment. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2013.

Buckingham Properties, Inc. entered into a purchase and lease agreement to acquire Xerox Square from Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) on March 15, 2013. The transaction is expected to close in about 90 days.

Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) acquired IMPIKA S.A from Xange Private Equity, S.A., Groupe Siparex, Turenne Capital Partenaires, CM-CIC Capital Innovation and other sellers on February 25, 2013. Xange Private Equity, S.A., Groupe Siparex, Turenne Capital Partenaires, CM-CIC Capital Innovation and eleven founders sold 15%, 24.2%, 25.5%, 1.3% and 34% stake respectively. Post acquisition, IMPIKA will operate under its own name, but will be known as Impika, a Xerox company. ... IMPIKA S.A reported revenues of €16 million in 2012. Paul Morgavi, President and Chief Executive Officer of IMPIKA along with a staff of 55 people will now report to Jeff Jacobson, President of Xerox’s Graphic Communications Operations. Charles Gavoty and Geoffrey Pineau-Valencienne of Jones Day acted as legal advisors and Loic Pellegrino, Stéphanie Blengino, Christophe Lestraingan and Raphaelle Busser of Axten acted as legal advisors for Xange, Siparex, CM-CIC and Turenne. Emmanuel Xerri of Sequoia acted as financial advisor for Xange, Siparex, CM-CIC and Turenne.
